Mindfulness month fundraiser for Mental Health

It's Mindfulness month August and I'm doing a fundraiser with my painting for The Mental Health Foundation.

I'll be sharing some artworks in my next few blog posts that are for sale and 50% of the proceeds from the sale of each painting will be donated to my fundraiser page.

Mindfulness has greatly helped my Mental Health and recovery from burnout, depression and managing PTSD. So I'm very passionate about sharing this self healing habit with others and supporting them to find a way that works for them to implement it into their day.

First painting on offer is titled Breathe, which is a great place to start if you're new to Mindfulness. Focusing on the breath, slowing it down and creating a habit of breathing from deep in our belly for relaxation and helping our parasympathetic nervous system to kick in. Practice this kind of breathing a few minutes at your desk, before you sleep, in your car. It's a great way of popping in some mindfulness in a busy schedule.
